After learning more about your home I will carefully review what has happened in the real estate market near you and provide a Comparative Market Analysis. We will review the findings together and review them with your goals to create the best plan for selling your home.
Prepare Your Home
Preparing your home for sale will be largely dependent on your sales goals. Perhaps an updated kitchen will reap a large financial reward or maybe you just want to sell your home as-is. During this time, we will come up the plan and budget that is right for your situation and execute.
Marketing Your Home
Once your house is ready to sell, I will have professional photos taken to showcase your home in the best light. In addition to listing your home on the multiple listing site, sites like Zillow and Redfin and social media pages, we will develop a marketing curated specially for your neighborhood and the market best suited for your home. My affiliation with Windermere Realty Trust allows me to connect with the largest database of realtors in the region to amply market your property.
Offer Review
Your hard work has paid off. Once an offer has been received, or if we are lucky multiple, we will review the terms in efforts to find the most amicable terms.
Escrow & Closing
Once an offer has been mutually agreed upon, we will utilize a third-party escrow officer to assist us in reaching a smooth closing. Throughout this process I will ensure you have the resources you need to help you transition to your next adventures. Even after your home sells I am happy to be a resource for all things home, sharing my vast network of contractors.
